SHIPPING, RETURN, & PAYMENT POLICY FOR AFFORDABLE WEDDING VEILS SHIPPING Affordable Wedding Veils is committed to top-notch customer service. That is why any order over $100 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING within the continental U.S. Some stock veil orders and jewelry will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We are unable to control the amount of time it takes for a veil to be delievered. For this reason we can not guarantee delievery with ground shipping unless veils are ordered a minumim of 2 weeks prior to wear date. We do have overnight and 2nd day air shipping available if you need your veil sooner. A flat rate of $6 shipping charge will be added to all veil orders (except free shipping offers) unless the total order amount exceeds $100, in which case shipping is free in the US. All free shipping offers are within the continental US only. All jewelry from Affordable Wedding Veils qualifies for free shipping within the continental U.S. Contact us at contactus@affordableweddingveils.com for international shipping quotes other than UK and Canada for all veil and jewelry items. All shipping is ground, other special shipping quotes are available upon request.. To reduce your stress and make sure that your wedding veil or wedding jewelry arrives in plenty of time, we recommend that you order a very minimum of 14 days prior to your wear date.RETURN POLICY
Affordable Wedding Veils works hard to provide you the customer the best product, the best service and a 100% satisfaction guarantee at an affordable discount price. Custom veil orders are non-refundable. Stock veils returned will be refunded the total amount of the order minus a 25% restocking fee minus any postage paid. Veils can be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused and unsoiled condition. Wedding jewelry items can be returned undamaged within 14 days. Customer is responsible for return freight. In the unlikely event that jewelry items are damaged or flawed, these items can be returned within 3 business days of receipt of the item, and will be replaced with an identical item. All veils and jewelry must be returned in a box propertly packed so there is no damage. All returns must be in orignal packing. For all returns Email us at contactus@affordableweddingveils.com for a return authorization number. Items without an authorized return shipping number will not be accepted. Requests for an authorization return number required within 14 days of the order date. It is recommended that all return orders be sent with a tracking number. All jewelry and veils advertised with free shipping offers, are valid within the U.S. only. Overnight shipping request are not guaranteed for the next day due to a number of factors such as time of day that order is made, time needed to process order, and time required to get order delievered to the freight carrier. PAYMENT OPTIONS We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All orders paid for with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express will be shipped as described above. Affordable Wedding Veils has a secure credit card site which utilizes the highest level of internet security available. Once you place your order for your discount wedding veil, wedding jewelry, headpiece, and accessories you will receive e-mail confirmation of your order. Should you not have a credit card or live outside the US, we will accept personal checks. Just e-mail us the order and let us know you are putting the check in the mail.
